Bunn Sports' 2014 Big Ten football preview.
I think the SEC and the Pac 12 will be the two top conferences in 2013. Regardless of whether my BCS Championship becomes reality, I think the SEC will have a team in the game, giving itself a chance to win an eighth-straight championship.
Ohio State will be eligible to participate in postseason action this year, after going undefeated last season and sitting out Big Ten Championship and bowl season. Other Big Ten teams will be gunning for the Buckeyes as they are the clear favorite to win the league. I think Nebraska, Michigan, Wisconsin, Michigan State, and Indiana (yes, Indiana) will also be contenders.
2012 will be another intriguing year for Big Ten football. The Leaders Division will be particularly interesting since Ohio State and Penn State are both ineligible to compete in postseason play.
